What is H.O.P.E. CASA?

H.O.P.E. CASA is a safe, healthy and loving environment where you can dive deep into your body, mind and soul for relaxation, self reflection, expansion, transformation and healing.
This is a place you can call HOME because it is a real home to a loving family, and a safe haven to many. The home is the primary residence of Amber Surya Chandra and her twin children Stella-Rae & Jameson Joel. Surya is a Disabled Army Veteran, Yoga & Embodiment teacher, and Full Time Twin Toddler Mama. Surya started practicing Yoga after injuring her spine as an Airborne Paratrooper 10 years ago. Over the last decade recovering from a fractured sacrum, herniated disc and nerve damage, she combined yoga, dance and breathwork with nutrition changes, herbal detox baths, massage and chiropractic therapy which led her on a healing journey that elevated her awareness, self love and confidence, dramatically reduced her physical pain and mental stress, improved spinal and energy alignment, and enhanced her relationship with God, Nature and her Community.
After 5 years of teaching Yoga and Embodiment in the Pensacola Community at gyms, studios, parks, beaches, and private events, Surya listened to the deep voice within telling her it was time to return home, to invest inward, and convert her home into a beautiful, caring, and transformative space that could offer a variety of healing modalities in a comfy and private environment This dream is one that is shared by many in the community which is why she has opened this space for other practioners to offer their skills and passions.
H.O.P.E. CASA has many holistic healing practices to offer from a variety of local practioners. Private or small group classes are available in the Bodywork room, the Spar room, the Garden and the Red Romance Room. Large monthly events will be held at H.O.P.E Casa by invitation only.
