Coach Edwards

Kickboxing, Striking and Mobility Fitness Trainer 

Coach Edwards is H.O.P.E. Casa's elite Fitness Trainer/ Coach. Boxing is in his blood and is his true life passion. It is a legacy that was taught to him as a kid from his father, Roger Edwards. As an adult, Edwards is now a Blue belt in Taekwondo, he has 3 years of experience training in Kickboxing, and 4 years of experience training in American Style Boxing/Bareknuckel Boxing. He is extremely dedicated to perfecting his craft by enhancing his education and will spend hours every week studying amature and professional fighters. 

Offerings: Kickboxing, Mobility, Personal Fitness Training, Basic/Advanced Footwork, Defense, Strength & Conditioning. Basic/Advanced Mitt holding sessions.

Surya (Amber) Chandra 

Yoga and Ecstatic Dance instructor 

Surya Chandra is a Yoga and Ecstatic Dance teacher that has been practicing yoga for 10 years, teaching in the Pensacola Community for 5 years, and ecstatic dancing her entire life. Surya is currently enrolled in Stacey Vanns 6 month 200hr Yoga Fundamentals YTT program and has been studying Kundalini Yoga for 9 months. Surya currently focuses her Yoga practice around increasing mobility, reducing pain, enhancing connection to self and spirit, and deep emotional healing. The main style of yoga she teaches is Yin. Surya also enjoys offering flow yoga for energy embodiment and mobility practices. She teaches self love affirmations, grounding techniques,and guided breathwork through every offering to keep you connected to your mind, body, and spirit. In her ecstatic dance offerings she often uses veils and scarves for solo dancing, or encourages a themed dance such as parent and child, partner dancing, and releasing or embodying a specific emotion or archetype.

Offerings: Private 1-1 Yin, Restorative or Flow Yoga sessions, weekly group Yoga classes, virtual Private or group yoga class, Private 1-1 ecstatic dance sessions, monthly group Ecstatic dance class, Private yoga or dance class for parties and events at our location or yours.

Karen Rojas 

Full Body Workout, Booty Bootcamp, Weightlifting Fitness Trainer

Karen Rojas has been a Fitness Trainer for 2 years focusing primarily on weightlifting, full body workouts, muscle enhancement, weight management, confidence building, reducing physical pain and increasing mobility.
Offerings: Private 1-1 fitness training sessions tailored to your personal health goals, weekly group Booty bootcamp classes, 1-1 guided stretching and bodywork sessions.
